Our Extra-virgin Olive Oil is obtained from organically grown olives, cultivated on the hills by the Garda Lake, and it’s approved by I.C.E.A. (Istituto per la Certificazione Etica ed Ambientale). It’s produced with ripe olives picked by hand from the trees, using an ancient method of squeezing-out.
Thanks to its mild flavor and its delicious fruity scent, this Extra-virgin Oil is particularly suitable for use together with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
