Riserva Gourmet

Rich, smooth and thick dressing flavoured with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I., Riserva Gourmet is the result of a selection of the finest grapes, then acetified and subjected to a slow aging process, with the vinegar being stored in different wooden casks.

This exclusive product of tradition is perfect to finish gourmet dishes. Try it best on ice cream or fresh fruits such as strawberries. It is most often served in drops as a topping for the king of cheese: Parmigiano Reggiano.
