Fragolaceto is our first fruit Preserve, created in 2000 by the company founder Emma Nazzarena Gambetti Bisini following an idea: to offer a gourmet specialty with strawberry and Balsamic Vinegar to be tasted in any period of the year.
Fragolaceto, made of fresh fruit and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I., without dyes or preservatives addition, is especially suggested to match with firm and tasty cheeses and is delicious with boiled and grilled meat or fish and with ice-creams.
