The company brand BG corresponds to the initials of the surnames of the family: Bisini and Gambetti. And in fact we are a family run company, as many other firms operating in our exclusive sector: that of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
We manage directly the whole production process, in order to preserve the best quality of all products branded BG Villa Bisini Gambetti. We combine the excellence ouf our territory to a special attention to innovation in all our products: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O., Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I., Organic Extra-virgin Olive Oil, fruit Preserves flavoured with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I..
The fruit Preserves, whose recipes require only high quality ingredients without dyes or preservatives, were born from an idea of the company owner Emma Nazzarena Gambetti Bisini. Fragolaceto was our first Preserve and since then we enriched the production with many other specialties made of fresh fruit and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
We dedicate a special attention to organic production offering several organic products – vinegar and oil – strictly controlled and approved by I.C.E.A.
BG products are distributed only in highly specialized shops such as delicatessens, wine bars and restaurants, carefully chosen by the owners. We operate in Italy but also in many European countries and in Japan, Canada and United States (EXPORT M 0028355).
