Our organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is produced with musts cooked and acetified under a slow fermentation process, obtained from organically-grown grapes, in order to guarantee a perfect conformity of the product to the strict national and European set of rules. It is also under the careful control of the I.C.E.A. (Istituto per la Certificazione Etica ed Ambientale).
The well-balanced taste is enjoyable as a dressing for salads, as well as for hot dishes.
