Our fruit Preserves flavoured with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. were born in 2000, following an idea of the company owner Emma Nazzarena Gambetti Bisini.
Fragolaceto was the first product of our selection. Since then, we enriched the production with many other Preserves, whose recipes require only high quality ingredients, without dyes or preservatives: fresh fruit and our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I..
